Tired or not, if you said you would bring it You should do it!. I can imagine that your mom is tired too after cooking dinner!.
You could cook the broccoli in a microwave very quickly with a bit of water and covered with Saran wrap!.It's great au natural, just a bit of salt,Cook it in a glass bowl or pie plate!.
As for dessert, you could bring fresh fruit cut up or buy a pie or two!.
Ice cream is also acceptable!. Just as long as MOM does not have to worry about what you said you would bring in order to help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a bag of broccoli, two cans of Campbells broccoli cheese soup and a pound of elbows!. Put them together with two cans (campbell soup can) of milk!. Add some cheddar if you like and bake for 40 min on 350!. It's easy!. The pasta doesn't have to be cooked either, just throw it together!. (only use 1/2 lb of the elbows-they expand)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Throw the chips and Cheerios together and call it a salad!. People will compliment you on your creativity!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
