Cranberry Sauce, Your Opinion?!
Should home made cranberry sauce be more on the tart side, or the sweet side!? I'm making my own for the third year, and am having family over, what do you think!? I know, "Happy medium" but which should it lean towards!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

In my opinion, I like it a little more tart than sweet!. The Tartness seems to enhance the boring flavor of the white turkey meat and lighten the richness of the dark turkey meat better!. I don't want a dessert topping on my protein, but that's just me!. I also have made the fresh Cranberry sauce every Holiday Dinner (since I've moved back home) and "tart" is a hit with my family as well!. There is no right or wrong answer!. It is your personal preference!. I make mine almost savory by adding powdered clove, cinnamon, orange slices, honey and a touch of cayenne pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
