Sweet potatoes... help?!
Ok so I am having my inlaws tomorrow for Thanksgiving!.!.
I have already made my pies and green bean cass!.!.(minus the crunches on top)!.!. but!.!.!.!.!.!.!. I have my sweet potatoes in the oven also!.!.!. I thought I could go ahead and get the potatoes soft, then tomorrow I could just warm them up in the oven and put the "fixings" on them!!!! Is this going to work!?!?!? I guess if not, I do have a couple of cans potatoes for back up!! lol
Please tell me they will be alright and taste good :(
Thanks for your time and Happy Thanksgiving :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go ahead and bake them tonight, then cut open and remove the potato and put in a casserole, then tomorrow put the brown sugar and marshmallows on top, you can heat it in the microwave if you want to, if you don't have room in the oven!. Comes out the same !!Www@FoodAQ@Com
It will depend on how well cooked they are, and how you have cooked them!.
If they have been baked or roasted, they will probably looked shrivelled!.
If boiled they will be OK!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will work!. Put them back in the shells for twice baked sweet potatoes!. The smaller portion will help it warm up faster qith out over cooking or makin it nasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
