Please help! im in the middle of making my cheesecake now and don't know what to do?!
I made the crust from scratch right now and put already prepped it into the cheesecake pan, and i just read now to spray the pan with cooking spray and then put in the crumbs!. The crust had almost a stick of butter in it though so i'm thinking it will still be okay if i just cook it because the butter will act like cooking spray in a way!? What do you guys think!? Will the cheesecake stick since i forgot the cooking spray!? Or should i just pop it into the oven and hope for the best!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

The amount of butter will lube the pan!. Remember when we didn't have cooking sprays!? Well, maybe you don't but I do and I can remember making cheesecake without Pam or anything else!. Don't worry, but make sure it's nice and cold!. Have fun tomorrow and have a blessed Holiday!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I never used oil with butter in my crust!. You may need to use a wedge shaped utensil to remove your slices, and the first one may break up!.!.!. so I always ate that one myself!.
Happy Thnksgiving to you and your family!.
I'm sure it will turn out fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It might stick a little, but I think it's too late to start all over again!. If it sticks and gets messy when you serve it, just remember it'll still taste fantastic!. You could even serve it as a cheesecake crumble!Www@FoodAQ@Com
It should be okay!. It might stick, but you are right, all that butter could prevent it!. Not much you can do about it now, hopefully it will be okay!. Cheesecake - yummy! Www@FoodAQ@Com
It could stick, so you will need to really chill it whent he time comes and that may reduce any flaking damageWww@FoodAQ@Com
Just cook it, the amount of butter will help lube up the pan,Www@FoodAQ@Com
