Answers:
hmmm whatever you do, DON'T put it in a bag and beat it to death!. You don't need flat chicken for a salad!. I deffinately suggest cutting it in strips before cooking!. And do you have a george forman grill!? Those work excellent for chicken!. If not just skillet grill it with just a dash of olive oil beneath it!. Before you cook it though, rub the chicken firmly with a little olive oil and some spices!. If nothing else pepper it slightly!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

if the breast is boneless!.!.!.Place the chicken breast in an air tight zip lock bag and flatten it with a meat mallet or rolling pin!. heat your skillet and add about a tablespoon of olive oil!. cook on med hi for about 7 mins and turn it over and cook about another 7 mins!. remove from heat and let it sit about 3 mins!. slice it against the grain!. Frozen chicken does not always cook as tender as fresh!.

both ways can be done!. you can either cut it into strips and stir fry it wif some finely minced garlic and butter!. or you can grill the chicken, or pan fry it wif butter, then cut it into strips!. and when it`s done, toss it into the salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Obviously cut it in to strips and stir fry it in a little cooking oil until tender, moist but cooked!.
Let it cool and add to the salad mixture!.
