I'm making deviled eggs, the eggs are fully cooked, when I crack them a slimy liquid comes out!. Does this mean they're bad!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
be sure to let them cool before you open them!. If you don't thats why the liquid is there!. You should have cooked them then let them cool in the fridge over night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I boiled eggs but they don't have liquid inside when I open them!.Maybe they are old or you did not boil them for 15 mins!.To cook hard boiled eggs you must boil them for 15mins!.and put a little salt and vinegar!.It's weird but adding a small amount of vinegar will help you take the shell off the eggs easily!.But be sure your eggs are new!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If there was a liquid next to the shell when you cracked them!.!.!.they were not fully cooked!.
I place the eggs in a pan of cool water!.!.!.bring to a boil!.!.!.boil about 1 min!.turn off the flame and cover for 20 mins!.Drain off the hot water fill pan with cool water and peel!.I have to peel mine while there still hot,Then place each peeled egg into ice water to cool eggs down fast!.!.This is what works for me!.!.!.!.and you don't have that nasty green ring around the yolk!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Did you boil the eggs at least 15 minutes!? If you did, the liquid is probably just water inside the shell!. If it looks and feels like uncooked egg whites, then it is uncooked egg whites!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
