Are men better cooks than women?!

Question: Are men better cooks than women!?
Answers:
yesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Impossible to answer!. Men and women are just individuals, and some individuals cook better than others, regardless of sex!. I suppose though that there's a traditional "positive prejudice" that says that women are better cooks: this is because there was a large school of thought that said women should be at home in the kitchen all the time :-) Fortunately that's changing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both can be equally good if they made up their mind to do it!. However, I have to say that most chefs are men!.!.!. I think it's due to their having more physical strength and being able to stand longer hours in the hot and busy kitchen!.!.!. and maybe being more able to focus at any hour (not subject to huge hormonal changes)!.!.!. and being faster at the tasks and being able to manage the other cooks in the team with more efficiency!. But, these have nothing to do with the actual cooking itself!. So, I still think that while most men are chefs, both men and women can cook as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends say u have a guy friend who is a chef and a girl friend who is a chef both can cook very good meals and are very taliented so the only thing is that maybe one can make something the other can't or
if these were average woman and guy and he can make some really good italian dishes and she can make good chinese dishes the only thing is that one may burn an egg or a piece of meat here and there doesn't make their skills worser then the other just that they only know certain things to cook and they haven't explored other meals to create and yet maybe some people are lazy and don't cook cause they don't get into it but when they do they cook a masterpiece Www@FoodAQ@Com

So!.!.!.!.not exactly better!.!.!.!.just different!. Each has a unique slant on the art!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No I don't think so!. I would agree, I don't believe that it is a gender thing!. In our house I do most of the cooking, maybe 90%!. But that is because of schedule, not because one cooks better then the other!. But when my wife does cook its pretty tasty!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
