Do your desserts need to include specific 'gluten free ingredients' or just not have gluten in them!. My family are mostly coelic and the family favourite is chocolate mouse or lemon merrainge pie but i dont have the recipes on me at the moment!. My dads all time favourite is melted cadburys bournville with fresh strawberries dipped in it and left to harden in the fridge!. Dip them half way up and when chocolate set place in a dish with mint leaves!.!.!.never fails!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually you can cook everything you want to, but using gluten-free flour from any large supermarket rather than wheat flour!. You just need to read the pack as it works a little differently from standard wheat flour!.
Good luck!.!.!.!.
