Put into a small sauce pan with water and a couple chicken cubes, or with chicken stock(canned) simmer for about an hour , cool and cut up and strip meat off neck add broth and "giblets" to your dressing mix stir in and finish it the way you want! some use an egg in it (raw) poultry seasoning, salt pepper, carrots (copped fine), celery, onions, a half cup melted butter, a half cup fresh orange juice, mix well into the cornbread crumbs or whatever you are using , Bake at 350 for 45 min!.

Mom always brought them up to a boil in water, just enough to cover them and an extra inch of water, then simmered them until the meat is falling off the bone!. You could use chicken stock if you want!.
then you cool them off so they can be handled, and separate the meat from the bones, and dice them up finely!.
I suppose you could use the giblet stock for the gravy or dressing, but Mom never did!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put them in a large kettle nearly full of water and bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for a couple of hours or until the neck is falling apart!. Add more boiling water as needed!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just boil them slowly, simmering until they're tender and then you can just chop them up and add them to the stuffing :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
