Mashed sweet potatoes?!

Question: Mashed sweet potatoes!?
Hi!. I cant use my oven for this!. I have sweet potatoes!. Can you provideme with a recipe so they can be made stove top, possibly similar to sweet potato casserole!? Thanks in advanced!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just make mashed sweet potatoes, exactly like you'd make mashed regular potatoes:) !.!.!.!.!. When they're soft, and you're mashing them, add a dash of cinnamon, a little brown sugar and even a little maple syrup, if you want = and, of, course, lots of butter (and some milk or sour cream)Www@FoodAQ@Com

One of my favourites is to skin, cube and boil the sweet potatoes and put to one slide!.

In a pan add a few table spoons of olive oil & a little butter!. Then add 1 chopped clove of garlic, 1 chopped chilli and some chopped Rosemary!. Put the potatoes back in, stir around and then mash up!.

Beautiful served with Salmon or even lamb or chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can just make them like regular mashed potatoes!. Peel them and cut them into smaller pieces, boil them on the stove for about 20 minutes, then drain the water and mash them up with a bit of butter and milk!. Yumm!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Although i don't know off the top of m head, there are some great free recipe websites!. Try!.!.!.

I find that sweet potatoes dont take as long to boil as regular potatoes do, maybe 5-10 mins less, then mash with milk/butter as normal, maybe a bit of nutmeg!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

cook them the same way you would cook mashed potatoes on the stove, just using sweet potatoes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
