Can i replace milk with heavy cream in a sweet potato casserole?!


Question: Can i replace milk with heavy cream in a sweet potato casserole!?
if not what could i use!. i beleive all i have is milk 2% :/Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the recipe calls for heavy cream, then you can add a bit of vegetable oil!. If the recipe calls for milk, then you should be ok using the cream mixed with a little water to bring it to the right volume!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
