Why didn't my frozen turkey cook right?!
Answers:
Maybe because it was frozen!?!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Did you let it thaw completely and did you follow the cooking instructions after wards!? The turkey usually has a chart printed on the protective cover stating the time per pound or the estimated time for the weight of the bird as well the temperature at which it should cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you cooked it from frozen then you needed to thaw it first!!
You are thawing the whole bird then the outerpart is thawed and starts to cook, then over cook while the other stuff is barely thawed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Did you make sure it was not frozen when you started baking it!? Did you preheat the oven!? Did you stuff it and season it!? Baste it!? Www@FoodAQ@Com
You needed to thaw it!. If it is still uncooked in the middle, put it in the oven with a foil tent over it, and bake at 325 for another hour!.
