stuffed pork chops
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
1/2 cup seasoned stuffing croutons
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 (1-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
3/4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, saute celery and onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender!. Transfer to a bowl!. Add croutons, milk, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper!. Cut a pocket in each pork chop; fill with stuffing!.
In a skillet, brown chops in remaining butter!. Transfer to a greased 9-in!. square baking dish!. pour broth into dish!. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minute or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F!. Remove chops and keep warm!.
Pour the pan drippings into a saucepan; bring to a boil!. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; gradually stir into drippings!. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened!. Serve with the pork chops!.

Macaroni and Cheese!. The ghetto way!.

1 can of tomato sauce
1 cup of raw Macaroni
Cheddar Cheese (However much you like)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 cups of water
Directions:
Dice the cheddar cheese!. Set aside!.
Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a good boil (Using a sauce pan)
add the Macaroni to the boiling water!. add the salt!. Stir occasionally!.
Check the macaroni after about 8 to 10 minutes!. It's best if it's a little al dente!.
Strain the macaroni!. Set aside!.
In your sauce pan, pour the tomato sauce, along with half-a-tomatoe sauce can-full of water!. add the diced chese and macaroni in the same pan!.

hmm!.!.!.I like a lot of food (hey I'm a good cook, what can i say!)!.!.but my staples are my mem's roasted chicken recipe (you just roast a chicken but the spices she uses makes it awesome), my recipe for chicken lo mien cause I refuse to eat take out chinese after I got hospital sick from a place) and a recent recipe I acquired for a beef marindate for steak or a roast)!. Those are the things I crave!.!.other stuff is good!.!.but I rarely actually 'crave' any other food stuff!.!.!.well, not counting chocolate :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
