My mom makes cranberry muffins the day after or cranberry coffee cake, cranberry bread!. Or my hubbys fav is to use it as a mayo subsitute on his turkey sandwiches!. But he makes a panini out of it and even though it sounds nasty OMG you just gotta try it if your interested!.

I totally forgot my Noona use to make this Crostata using left over Cranberry sauce!. A crostata is very similar to a pie or tart!. It uses a short crust sweet dough and you just add what ever filling you like and fold the edges over to make a crust so the filling does not ooze out and over!. Its very yummyWww@FoodAQ@Com

perhaps puree it down to a jelly mix or , spread it for a cranberry tart instead of apple on a roll out pie crust!. phyllo dough them into cranberry squares for desserts!. you can use the roll out biscuit dough to make cranberry tarts with(apple slices!?) a lil frosting!. use your imagination!. have funWww@FoodAQ@Com
