Help with baking materials?!
For my recipe thing for cupcakes, i need 6 oz cream cheese!. how do i find out if it is 6 oz!? this is a first for me to bake so please help!.

buy 8 oz block of cream cheese, cut it half, cut those in half!. each one is 2 oz, use 3 of themWww@FoodAQ@Com
You can do that one of two ways!.
Buy a normal block of cream cheese, which is eight ounces!. On the side of the package, each ounce is marked!. Just cut off six!.
Or!. You can buy two three-ounce packages of cream cheese!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you ever need to weigh a larger amount buying a digital scale saves a lot of trouble!. but yes getting the 8 oz block of cream cheese and cutting it in have and cutting one half in half then adding ti the other 4 oz piece should do itWww@FoodAQ@Com
