Question: If i melted some chocolate so it wasn't too runny would i be able to use it to write on a cake!?
Answers:
You should be fine if you just throw some chocolate in a bag, melt it, and then cut a small corner off to write with, as others said!. Except I can't stand when people say "wa-la!." That's not even the word!. It's "voilà!."

It's also fun to make designs on parchment paper, then freeze them until they are hard, peel them off, and then stick them in the cake!. You can also write words and just make a line of chocolate to act as a stick to stick them in the cake!. You have to write in cursive, though, so that all the letters stick together, unless you want to stick each letter in one by one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

umm heres a good idea

If you have some chocalate, put it in a ziploc bag, and put the bag with the chocalate in the microwave, and then when it is melted, and chunk free, the tip off the end of the bag, like a pastry bag!.!.!.!. and wa-la- and if it needs more melting just put it back in the mic but make shure the choc!. doesnt come out-LOL

So, I guess ur decorating a cake, so GOOD LUCK

yes, i have done the same using a plastic, small zip lock bag!. Melt for bout 30sec, with a tsp of oil, it help it stay melted for longer, other wise you have to keep melting it, and then cut a small slanted cut in the corner of the bag so you have a nozzel to squirt it from!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO, It will be still pretty Thick even after you melt the Chocolate and you can write anyone over the Chocolate just let the Chocolate Cool off for a Hour and then Create!.

The Recipe is easy anyone can do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it will work fine!. A tip - Try to cool what ever you are writing on as much as you can, this way when you start to write on the cake it will harden quickly and will not run!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, but you have to make sure you use the right chocolate, and don't melt it too much or else it will just run!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, as long as your cake was level and the choc was not too hot/liquidy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes if you squirt it out before it gets to warm you could catch Www@FoodAQ@Com
