Treat I can make that doesn't require eggs?!

Question: Treat I can make that doesn't require eggs!?
Unfortunately I'm running low on supplies and don't have the time to run out and get anything within the next two hours!. I wanted to make my younger brother a chocolate chip cookie cake for his birthday, but found out we don't have any eggs!. Is there any kind of cake / pudding / pie / cookie that I can bake that doesn't require eggs!? If so, please leave a recipe I can use as well!. Thanks so much!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vegan recipes leave out the eggs (haha obviously) so, you could use this recipe:

Except you could use normal chocolate chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No Egg Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (you could probably leave out the oats if you dont want that in it!)

1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup boiling water
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat butter or margarine, sugars and vanilla until light and fluffy!.

Add flour and salt, mix well!.

Dissolve baking soda in boiling water and add to mixture!. Stir in rolled oats, raisins and chocolate chips!.

Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet!. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes!.

Don't over cook!.

No Egg Wonder Cake

1 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup cold water

Sift dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl!. Add remaining ingredients and beat until almost smooth!. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan!. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean!. Frost cake or serve with whipped topping!.

Hope this helps! =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Warm Brownie Pudding Cake (no eggs required)

I’ve made this a few times in the last 14 years and it always comes out great - the cake rises to the top and the chocolate pudding sinks to the bottom!. If you make it in a dish slightly larger than 9 x 9, you get more surface area of chocolatey goodness!.
You can add a handful of nuts if nobody in your family has a nut allergy!.

Warm Brownie Pudding Cake

? cup flour
? cup sugar
1 ? tsp baking powder
? tsp baking soda
? tsp salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
? cup milk
3 tbsp butter or oleo, melted
? tsp vanilla

? cup unsweetened cocoa
? cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 1/3 cup boiling water

Preheat oven to 350F

Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with release spray!. (Pam)
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1/3 cup cocoa!.
In measuring cup, combine milk, oleo and vanilla!. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended - spoon evenly into prepared pan!. Combine brown sugar and remaining 1/4 cup cocoa in a small bowl - sprinkle evenly over batter!. Pour boiling water evenly over entire mixture – do not stir!.

Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!.

Cool 10 minutes!.

Not an eggless cake but a way to substitute for the eggs if you don't have them:

Substitutes
In making baked goods, you can substitute for 1 egg the following: 1/2 tsp baking powder plus 2 tsp butter or shortening plus 2 tbsp flour plus 2 tbsp liquid OR in cake, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1 tbsp of vinegar, added at the very end of mixing!.

Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
flour as much as it's necessary but to result a soft dough/not like for bread or pizza, more sticky on your fingers
baking powder
and sparkling water 1 cup

then the filling/chocolate

let it in the oven for 35 minutes

I'm sorry I'm not exact, I know I made this pie but I forgot the exact recipeWww@FoodAQ@Com

As far I know most baking recipes require eggs because the eggs
help hold the baked goods together, so you need fresh eggs or
powder eggs!.
If someone sends you an egg-less recipe I'd be interested as well!.
