Question: What to do with turkey left over!?
we have a lot of left over turkey and i need some ideas
i already have:

enchiladas
turkey fried tacos
turkey sandwiches
turkey salad

How about a rice dish!? You could make it with whole grain rice and add sauteed veggies like green bell pepper and chopped onion!. This dish makes a meal or is great for lunch - hot or cold!. The key is the seasoning!. I like using vege-sal, which you can get from the health food store!. I've linked the whole recipe below!. Just add turkey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i love this one!. place turkey slices mashed potatoes on a plate in the microwave for 45 seconds!. then continue by placing 1 piece of butterd bread in a warm skillit!. place cheese gravy and your microwave turkey in that order and top with 2nd slice of bread!. make it like grilled cheese nowWww@FoodAQ@Com

I am gonna make turkey croquettes!.!.I saw paula dean make them last week!.!.take turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, onions and cheese then blend for a few seconds in blender then mash into round flat patties and fry in butter till browned on outside!.!.Looked Delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have an easy one dish chicken and rice bake - substitute the chicken with turkey it will be so yummy and so easy!

quesadillas, omelettes, grind up the turkey add ranch for a different type of sandwich, basically anywhere chicken can be used!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
