Answers:
Pretty easy, as long as your pasta sauce is acidic enough it will not go bad in the jar!. Buy some canning jars, make your pasta sauce, and while it's still very hot, pour it into the clean jars, put the lids on, seal them, and once they are cool they should last!.

If you aren't sure it will be acidic enough, add some lemon juice or vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd vote for staying away from tomato based sauces, only because I've heard if you 'can' them improperly, you can end up with botulism!.
Maybe try a nice, homemade basil pesto sauce!. A good virgin olive oil, chopped up basil, chopped pine nuts, garlic, and parmesan cheese!. Yummmmmmy! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmmmmmm Bargains, I am very finicky when it comes to this stuff when one does not know what they are doing!. Are you solely talking of the process of squeezing and bottling tomato, or the actual prepared sauce!? It is very important that point is cleared up first!.
