I make this all the time at work!. Yes cover it and cook at 275 degrees for at least 2 hours, Check at 2 hours and use an instant read thermometer to reach 165 degrees!. Take off cover and sprinkle with mozzarella and cook til melted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Between 350 and 375 covered for an hour and a half, poke, and check the temperture of each layer!. If your fork slides in and out easy and it hot hot hot eat up!
you must have an army to feed! Oh and dont be afraid to freeze this, even better re-heated! You could even buy those foil containers (small ones) and put slabs of the lasagna in it, foil it then freeze!. then when you need a quick meal put it in the oven for 30 or so at 350Www@FoodAQ@Com

Holly crap!!! For starters cover it with foil, 350F or 175C for 120 minutes to start!. I would use a wooden skewer to check when it's cooked!. I would tend to remove the foil at least 15 to 20 minutes before cooking is completed!. remember to allow to stand before serving!.
What I need to know, did you pre cook the tomato and the 5lbs of burger prior to adding to the pan!? This plays an integral part in the entire cooking time!.

A long time!.
Keep it covered for the majority so the top doesnt get too dried out!.
It should be bubbly in the center and I normally stick a knife in it to check!.
Well over an hour at 350!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
