Take one pound of ground beef or turkey!. Combine with about 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, and 1 egg!. Season with oregano, basil, thyme, and garlic powder to your liking!. Mix together!. If it seems too dry or isn't sticking, then add some more tomato sauce!. It should basically be a giant meatball!. Grease a bread pan, or small casserole dish, and pat down the mixture into the pan!. If you would like, you can top it with some of the tomato sauce or bread crumbs!. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
