Answers:
1 ounce is 2 tablespoons or equivalent of 6 teaspoons they are the same thing!.
If this makes it easier to understand 4 ounces is 1/2 of a cup!.
1/2 of a cup is 8 tablespoons!.2 ounces is 1/4 of a cup which is 4 tablespoons !. 1 ounce is equivelant to 1/8 of a cup which is 2 tablespoons !. For every 3 teaspoons you have that equals 1 tablespoon!.I hope this helped a little more !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should try this question in the baby section!. There are a lot of experienced moms out there who can give you a lot of good advice!. I am a mother of three and did not worry about ounces, I looked at portions!. I assume he is about 6mos, because that is the time to start solids on average!. Stick with the measuring spoon method and not oz!. Remember, a jar of baby food, stage one is 2 oz!. correct!? Well think about what that amount looks like and "guesstimate" your amounts!. It is not rocket science, and he won't eat the same amount everyday!. Sometimes more and sometimes less!. If you really want to know exact amounts, buy a small scale at a department store, or other discount store!. I found a good one in a church basement giveaway!. I would suggest not measuring each item, but put it all on a plate and weigh it all at once!. Good luck and relax!. Remember, baby section for baby questions!. If you want to email me directly, you can!. LOL HTH!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you'll need to get a scale sorry to say!. You really can't measure using a tablespoon or teaspoon because different foods weigh differently!. Once you get an idea of how many tablespoons is an ounce, you can go from there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
