How do you make your biscuits?!
Mine have good flavor but they always seem to turn out a little too dry!. How do I get them moist and flaky!? Any advice or recipes would be helpful!. Thank you =]Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
For every 1 cup of flour I use, 11/2 teaspoon baking powder ,1/2 cup buttermilk, 3/8 cup of butter or shortening ,1/4 salt!. make sure everything is very cold you make biscuits like you make pie dough pastry you do not overmix or over need dough you want pockets of butter in the flour!. Biscuit dough needs to be very sticky soft!. Melt butter on a sheet pan and dip each side of the biscuit you will make great biscuits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
