grilled ham and cheese

mac n cheese with hot dogs ( or well drained ground beef)

grilled burger patty with brown gravy and mashed tatoes

baked chicken with broccoli and cream of chicken soup ( all in one pan) top with cheddar cheese

sloppy joes --cooked and well drained ground beef smothered in bbq sauce of your choice !.!.!.scoop and put on bun!.!.!.chips on the side

chili--ground beef, drained well, can of chili beans!.!.simmer 10 minutes !.!.!.top with cheddar cheese and onions!.

chicken on salad, pan fry or bake piece of chicken ( your choice) if its boneless cut up and toss on your salad!.!.if its got bone just pull off bone and toss in your salad!.

baked pork chops with rice and veggies

Chicken and potatoes!.
I use frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts you can buy in the bag put them in a baking dish slice potatoes and put on top then mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can water pour over top and add whatever seasonings you like!.I Like Italian herbs salt and pepper bake at 350 for about an hour or until chicken is done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
