okay!.!.!.here's my problem! I want to make cookies and put them in a pretty canister and give to my dad and his friend but I don't know what to make! they like anything so it doesn't matter!. so if you have any great recipes then could you please tell me!? it can be a family recipe if you wish to shear or anything off a site!.

No Bake Fudge Cookies
INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups white sugar
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1/2 cup butter
* 3/4 cup peanut butter
* 3 cups quick cooking oats
* 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
1!. In a large saucepan combine, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter, and boil for 1 minute!.
2!. Take off heat and add peanut butter, quick cooking oats, cocoa, vanilla and raisins!.
3!. Stir well!. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper Let sit one
You could also do some Butterscotch Haystacks!. Sounds weird with the chow mein noodles, but they're really good!
Butterscotch Haystacks
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 package or 6 oz butterscotch morsels
1 large can chow mein noodles
Melt peanut butter and butterscotch together!. Can be done on the stove top or in a microwave!. Pour over noodles; mix well!. Drop by tablespoon on wax paper; freeze for a couple of hours!. May be stored in a loose fitting topped cookie jar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ok you could take the easy way out & make the cookies you buy in tubes & cut into pieces, or you can make(super easy) peanut butter cookies!.(if you want you can add chocolate chips :D )

On ungreased cookie sheets, place about 1/4 cupfuls dough about 3 inches apart!.
Bake 12 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown!. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets!. Cool completely!. Store in covered container at room temperature!.
