Need easy and quick dinner! Helllppp!!!?!
My dad is coming home in two hours and I need to make dinner, but I don't know what to make!. Usually my other sisters make it, but they're with friends now!. I need something easy, quick, and not made from a mix!. Please please please help me!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

3-4 medium potatoes, sliced
1-1 1/2 lb ground beef, browned
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen green bean
1/2 cup frozen green pea
1/2-1 cup butter, melted
salt and pepper
Directions
1In a large, buttered 9 x 13 baking dish, layer sliced pototoes!. This will be a few layers, depending on how big your potatoes are!.
2Add ground beef on top of potatoes, followed by onions and mushrooms!.
3The frozen vegetables are next and can be placed in any order!.
4Pour melted butter over all of the dish!.
5Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minute Till potatoes are soft, I use a glass dish and can eyeball it!.
6Let sit for about 10 min, serve, season, and enjoy!

1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup Kraft tuscan house italian dressing and marinade

1HEAT large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat!. Add chicken; cover with lid!. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165oF)!. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm!.
2ADD vegetables to skillet!. Cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally!.
3STIR in broth and dressing!. Return chicken to skillet!. Cook 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through!.

2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (or whatever kind of cheese you like)

taco sauce (optional)
sour cream (optional)
tomato, chopped (optional)

How about soup and grilled cheese!? Do you have canned soup in the pantry!? You can heat some up and then make a grilled cheese sandwich:
Butter two slices of bread, lightly!. Put sliced cheese between the bread slices, with the butter side facing OUT!. Heat a pan over medium heat and then put the sandwich in the pan!. Cook the sandwich, flipping it over as needed, until the cheese is melted and the outside of the bread is all toasty and nice!. You can offer mustard and ketchup, in case your dad likes those on his grilled cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

look in the produce drawer and take out anything that you can stir fry like onions, green peppers, celery, carrots, broccoli, squash and mushrooms!.!.!.wash peel and chop into serving pieces of at least 3 veggies or more!.
In a pot big enough to cook rice bring 2 cups of water to a boil then add 1 cup rice with a pat of butter and a pinch of salt!. Stir in the rice and place lid on pot and turn off heat and let steam for about 25 minutes!.
In large frying pan cook enough chicken breasts meat that has been cut into strips or chunks!.!.!.!.season with garlic salt, ground black pepper and paprika!. Toss around until done then add veggies!. Decide which ethnic flavor you want it to have like Italian, Chinese or Mexican!.!.!.!.for Italian use oregano!.!.!.for Chinese use ginger fresh or ground for Mexican use cumin and chile or red pepper!.!.!.!.You need some liquid to make it juicy so take a cup of water and place 2 tablespoons of cornstarch mix together and pour into pan and stir quickly it will loosen up the chicken bites and thicken!. The last thing take some paprika or parsley and sprinkle over the whole dish!. Buy this time the rice should be ready and time to eat!.!.!.!.

2!. Create an egg mixture in a bowl, just dump about three or four eggs in it and stir it up!.
3!. Prepare a plate full of bread crumbs (preferable the progresso italian type, its in a blue container)
4!. One by one, grab a chicken breast and cover it with the egg mixture, and then coat the chicken breast with bread crumbs!.
5!. Get a large baking pan, and cover it with tin foil!.
6!. One by one, cover each chicken breast with egg mixture and bread crumbs, until all the chicken breasts are on the pan!.
7!. Pop em' in the oven for 30 minutes, and then they're ready for eating!
