Can you cook fresh salmon fillets on a george forman grill?!
Answers:
You can, and they'll cook really fast!. But all lean meats I've cooked on the GF (salmon, chicken, pork chops) tend to come out dry & rubbery!. If you do it, be sure to put some olive oil on the fish & maybe do it with the top open!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Of course you can! Use non-stick spray, spread whatever you like on the raw filets!. I've done Italian dressing every few mins while cooking, you can do butter, garlic, and parsley!.!.!. rosemary, teriyaki, whatever!. The only thing is fish is already pretty lean with not much moisture, and the grill will squish moisture out of it, causing dryness Otherwise, you can cook them!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Id suggest not to!.!.!. foreman grill seems to be too hot for something like fish to be cooked very well on it!.!.I think it might dry the fish out!.!. if you do try tho!.!. I would suggest to wrap the fish in tin foil !.!. put the fish inside with all your spices and everything and watch it very closely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
