Question: Egg in a basket recipe from the movie "V for Vendetta"!?
Can someone give me really precise instructions on how to do it!?
It looks good, and I want to give it a try!.
I've never actually cooked anything at all in my life!.!.!.
But I'm 15, so I think I can try it!.
We have a regular frying pan and eggs and bread and stuff and butter available, if that matters!.
I heard you should have a griddle pan or something for this recipe, but I don't have it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Or, toad in the hole!.!.!.!.!.

Hmmm!.!. Take a piece of bread, cut a hole in it!.

Butter both sides lightly, Place it in a semi-hot NON STICK pan will work best!. put a very small amount of oil in it!. (be sure the pan is slightly hot, but not smoking, and not cold either)
break one egg into the hole, sprinkle with salt and pepper!.
When the egg is done halfway through the first side, flip the bread and continue to cook untill fully done!.
