Buy the mozzarella cheese singles in stick form that you can eat as snacks!. Beat a couple of eggs, dip the mozzarella in the eggs, then dredge them in some crushed ritz crackers or bread crumbs!. Heat up some oil in a pan or deep fryer, and deep fry until golden brown!. YUM! If you want a fancier taste, try gruyere cheese!.!.!.it's tangy and fries up well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jill J has a great idea in using the ready-to-eat mozzarella cheese!. You can also buy a bar and cut pieces into the size you want!. Dip the cheese in beaten egg and then dip into Italian seasoned bread crumbs!. I spray a baking sheet with Pam, put the sticks on, spray more Pam over the sticks and put in a 400 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes (keep checking them after 5 minutes because you don't want them to burn)!. I heat up some store bought spaghetti sauce in a small bowl in the microwave (covered with plastic wrap) to use as a dip!. They're delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com
