I use a meat thermometer and the link works out Cooking and Defrost times Www@FoodAQ@Com

A stuffed turkey requires about 15 minutes per pound while an unstuffed turkey requires 12-15 minutes per pound!. These times are based on a 325 degree F cooking temperature and should be used only as a guideline!. The only way to know for sure if a turkey is safe to eat is by using a meat thermometer!. Check the temperature at the thickest part of the breast and the innermost part of the thigh (not touching the bone)!. If you stuffed your turkey, check the temperature in the middle of the stuffing!. All three of these locations should be at least 165 degrees F

Stuffed Bird 8!.25 Hours

Unstuffed Bird 6!.6 - 8!.25 HoursWww@FoodAQ@Com

That is one massive turkey!. I needed to convert to pounds and my estimate is that your turkey is approximately 33!.7 pounds!. I cook a 20 pound turkey at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 1/2 - 5 hours!. I would calculate 8 hours for cook time!. I would roast uncovered and with no stuffing and 8 hours should work!. The larger birds generally do not take as long to cook as you might think!. To keep the bird really moist, take a cup of butter, maybe more and season with fresh herbs such as sage, thyme and rosemary and place under the skin, especially the breast meat!. Rub the entire bird with olive oil!. Thigh temperature should register 165 degrees fahrenheit when done!. Let rest 20 minutes covered with foil before slicing!. Best of luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my grandmothers trick that was always successful and stress free!. She would stuff and put the turkey in a 225 oven at midnight!.!.Around 8 0'clock the next morning she would up the temperature to 325 and cook it another 4 hours then take the aluminum foil covering off and baste it every 10 min for 1 more hour!. We usually ate a late lunch around 1:00!. She also cooked then peeled her sweet potatoes the night before then put them in the fridge!. The white potatoes were peeled early in the morning and put covered in water and a bit of vinegar so they stay white!. Then the brocolli was soaked!. No last minute rush!. Everything was ready to put on the stove !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

10 hours!?!?!? @ wot temperature 100 F!?!?!? :D
Just preheat ur oven for about 20min @ 400 F, and cook for 5 1/2 - 6 hours @ 325 F!. If it's a stuffed turkey give it an additional half hour!. The ratio is approximately 22 minutes per kilogram!.!.!.
Some people cover the pan containing the Turkey with double layer of aluminum foil which makes the cooking faster, but you'll lose that brownish crispy/greasy flavor!.

Bon appétitWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would say 7 hours at 325 degrees
15 kilos is 33 pounds and the site I've linked below says cooking time for a 24-30 pound turkey is 5 1/4 to 6 1/4 hours!. You have to scroll down to get to the chart, but there is some other good info as well!. Like you should check the internal temp!. of the turkey with a meat thermometer!. It tells you what the temp should be!.
And I don't think I'd stuff a bird that big!. As the stuffing soaks up juices which may contain salmonella and it's difficult to get the stuffing to the safe internal temperature without overcooking the turkey!.
My bf used to be in the restaurant business and we know about food safety!. So we never stuff our turkeys!.

Cook according to your timing but take off the legs!. Because of the bone these will cook more quickly and be over cooked or even burnt!. Cook them separately at the same time!. Wrap in foil but loosely so that there is a gap between turkey and foil!. I make it look like a tent!. also stand the turkey up on the back end to cook and it will roast nice and evenly!. Put some streaky bacon over the breast and baste at least every hour!.Uncover for the last hour to brown the outside!.My mouth is watering at the thought!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, about 10 1/2 hours at 325F

Make sure you baste it every couple hours and cover loosely with aluminum foil, remove the foil after 9 hours so it can brown!.

Edit: I got a thumbs down within 1 minute of posting!?!?!? do y'all realize he is cooking a 33lb turkey!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's been 7 hours and 15 days!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
