Does anyone have a recipe for tasty sauce for rice and veggies?!

1 1/2 tablesppoon hot pepper (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoon of Vinegar
6 tablespoons of Water
1 tablespoon of Garlic
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons of oil

When I have leftover rice - which I have in the fridge right now in fact - I like to simply fry it with oil (sesame, peanut or olive is best) along with mixed veggies like peas and carrots!. Put in a scrambled egg and toss some soy, teryaki or hoison sauce on it for a great Chinese fried rice!. If you have cooked turkey or chicken, you can add that for a full meal!. Mmmm I think gave myself an idea for tonight!Www@FoodAQ@Com
