Canned bean soup recipe?!

Question: Canned bean soup recipe!?
I'm in the mood for a good hearty soup today!. It's a blizzard outside and it just makes me in the mood for something like chili but I wanted to try something different!. I have a ton of cans of different kinds of beans in the cupboard!. Black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, etc!.

I'm wondering if anyone has a good recipe ( that theyve tried ) for a bean soup that I could use cans of beans!.

Any recipe would be much appreciated! Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a recipe that I made myself!. It's a very thick bean soup and it's delicious!. I have a bunch in my fridge right now!. It's very thick (almost more like a stew) so it goes well topping rice!.

If you're not a vegetarian you could use chicken/beef stock!. I've tried it with chicken stock and it's also very good like that!. I prefer the veggie stock though, blends better with the beans!.

I even made it with water when I forgot to buy some stock!.!.!. it lacks a bit of flavour but it's still good!. If you aren't using stock, I prefer to not drain the beans, because the water from the bean can has some flavour!.

The black beans and pinto beans are my favourite for it but you could just use any canned beans you have!. I really really like large lima beans, they are delicious!. :D

You asked about liquid aminos!.!.!. you don't need those, just use some salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, I just make beef broth either with pieces of meat cut up or beef broth from can, cubes, or box!. then added any beans I want!. You can get 15 beans in glass jar in the vegetable aisle that carries Northern bean for soup too!.put in crock pot for 3-4 hrs or simmer on the stove in dutch oven pot or soup pot!. very good!. I make homemade soup alot during cold winter days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chop 1 onion!. Crush 2 large garlic cloves!. Saute onion until translucent!. Add 2 cans whole tomatoes (crushing with your hand) and their juice!. Add box of chicken broth!. Add your beans- your choice!. Add garlic and a dash of every spice in your cabinet including cinnamon!. You will be amazed at the flavors! Simmer for a couple of hours!. Good with hot bread!.
Optional: you can add any leftover meats you have on hand!. Sausage, ham, chicken, beef!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
