Salads, be creative, you can do garden salads with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, croutons, grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, etc!.
Egg Salad
Chicken salad
BLT sandwiches or even salads done this way!
Veggies and dip! Carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, etc, with ranch, hummus, peanut butter, whatever you like!
Chicken Tenders
Turkey
Roast Beef Sandwiches
Pasta, or even Pasta salad
Soups! You can make different types of soup and bring it in a heat proof thermos!.
Cut up some cheese, olives, crackers, fennel, etc, and have that
Grilled chicken with lettuce and tomatoes
Tacos
Pizza, you can make different types
Nutella on bread, it's a chocolate/Hazelnut spread!. Sold in grocery stores!.
You can bring slices of fruit and peanut butter to dip them in!. Apples, pears, bananas, etc!.
Fruit Salad, cut up different fruits that you like, sprinkle some lemon juice on top so it doesn't turn brown, (you won't taste it), toss together, and you have a good, healthy, filling, tasty, lunch!
Tuna sandwich/Tuna Salad
Bagel with Cream cheese or peanut butter
Cheese and crackers
Chili or stews, bring them in a thermos

A FLASK!!!!!!!
i bought soup, heated it, and it keeps warm!.
great for warming you up in this weather!.

when you don't fancy soup, have sandwiches, and a hot drink!.


in the summer, you can also keep things cold, so you could use orange juice!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
