Can I cook brisket in a crock pot?!


Question: Can I cook brisket in a crock pot!?
If I cut a brisket into a piece small enough for a crock pot and I put it in there with potatoes, onions, etc and some broth will it tenderize to be edible!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you cook it long enough, yes
brisket is best if you fry it quick on each side and then put in the crock!. Slow cooking is the best for brisket!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. It takes a long time but it will be good!. Actually it's one of the best cuts of meat to put in the crock pot!. It takes so long you'd really have to try hard to overcook it!.
