Leftover pumpkin filling.?!
Last weekend I made a few pumpkin pies and had filling leftover that I refrigerated and I'm wondering if it's still ok to use it to make another pumpkin pie tonight!. I had a little taste and it tasted fine, but I'm just worried about the fact that there's eggs in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just made my leftover pumpkin filling into muffins with streusel topping and some pumpkin cookies that I served with whipped cream!. They turned out great!. Unless your eggs were ready to expire/or spoil I think your fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
