(Crêpes in France
"In Brittany, France, they serve a specialized type of crêpe made with sarrasin or farine de blé noir (similar to buckwheat flour) called a "galette!." These galettes taste best when prepared with simple fillings like the galette complet, which is a galette filled with egg, ham and swiss cheese!. On an ACIS trip, students can find the best galettes in St!. Malo or Dinard!. One of my favorite restaurants in St!. Malo where you can get galettes is called Timothy!.")
