okay well ever since they discontiued the zatarns chicken alfredo i've been trying to find a good frozen chicken alfredo
something that is not too fattning and something very similar to that
whoever gives me a good description will get best answer and also if they still do sell zatarns chicken alfredo what stores can i get in greensboro nc!

i like the skillet sensations, there actually reaalllllyyy good when im too lazy to make anything to eat!. it has obviously chicken alfredo with bell peppers, carrots, peas, and other things,

Lowfat Chicken Alfredo View Recipe PDF
1 teaspoon olive oil
? cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (12 oz!.) skimmed evaporated milk
1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
8 ounces dry fettuccine noodles, cooked and rained
? cup grated Parmesan cheese
In large nonstick saucepan, sauté onion and garlic until onion is tender, about 2 minutes!. Stir in milk; bring to simmer and cook 7-10 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken!. Stir in chicken and parsley and cook 2 minutes!. Add pasta and toss to mix!. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately!. Makes 4 servings!.
Per Serving: 385 calories / 26g protein / 8!.6g fat (3!.3g sat!. fat) / 49g carbohydrates / 41mg cholesterol / 308mg sodium

* 2 small zucchini, julienned
* 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1!. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain!.
2!. While pasta is cooking, melt cream cheese and butter in a skillet over low heat!. Stir until smooth!. Stir in milk, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper!. Simmer for 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly!.
