What is a quick and easy recipe, for pork roast?!
Answers:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees!. Rinse roast in cool water and pat dry!. Place roast in pan, fat side up!. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste!. We love garlic, so I also sprinkle on a generous amount of garlic powder!. If you use garlic salt, omit the salt and just use pepper on that first step!. Sprinkle on a little dried rosemary!. Then, carefully add about 1 1/2 cups of water to the pan, pouring down the side so you don't rinse off the salt, pepper, etc!.
Bake, covered, in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours!. Check every half hour or so to make sure there is about an inch of water in the pan!. You can cook the roast uncovered for the last 1/2 hour or so if you want to crisp up the fat!.
When the roast is done, remove it to a serving platter and loosely cover with foil!. Mix about 3 tablespoons of flour with a cup of water -- mixing in a jar with a tight fitting lid is easiest -- then shake the jar to mix the flour into the water completely!. Add that to the juices in the pan and cook over medium-low heat on the stove top until it thickens!. Serve this gravy with slices of the roast!. Delicious!!
If you'd want, you can also add peeled potatoes, cut into fourths, and peeled carrots cut into 3" pices to the baking pan when you are adding the spices to the top of the roast!. Just place the potatoes and carrots around the roast, and it is okay if they are in the water at the bottom of the pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pork meat is so sweet and delicious to start with you don't need to do much!.
Salt and pepper it and throw it in a roasting pan or crock pot with a liquid that compliments it and put some big carrot and onion hunks in and cook it at a low temperature for the day!. Put in some quartered potatoes near the end!.

Just rub it with your favorite seasonings and throw it in a crock pot or oven cooking bag!. Depends on how much time you have!. OR if you like rub and put in a baking pan, add a cpl cups of water, cover with foil tightly-cook at 325 for a hour add fresh veggies carrots potatoes whatever!. rewrap and contuiinue baking til done!.
