Question: Fudge!?!? Anyone know what to do with fudge that didn't harden all the way!. It's to soft!. Now what do I do!?
Answers:
Call it truffle instead!.

Break off into pieces, roll them into little balls then roll them in unsweetened cocoa and then chill and serve chilled!.

Now they're truffles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to "fix" it just put it back on the stove and continue cooking it until it reaches the proper temperature (234 degrees for fudge)!. Then put back in the pan to harden!. If you don't have a candy thermometer, 234 degrees is called the soft ball stage!. When a small dab is dropped from the cooking pot into a small container of ice water it will form a small, soft ball that will stay together, about like your fudge should!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would melt it put it in a decorating bag!.just save it for when you need it!. you can use soft fudge to decorate cakes make fudge flowers and all sorts of fun thingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

It probably did not reach the correct temperature!. I've done that before!. I put my fudge in the ice box!. Won't take long before it hardens!. Would love a piece of fudge right now!. HAWww@FoodAQ@Com

The fudge I make usually takes 4 hours to harden!.
Hmm, maybe place it in the freezer perhaps!? I'm really not sure about that though!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can freeze it for like 10 minutes!. Keep checking up on it,so it doesn't get too hard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

melt it back down and add more nuts or something!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
