Add 1 teaspoon of white sugar!. It will reduce the acid in the tomatoes!.

The 1 teaspoon is if you are making enough sauce for 4-6 people!. If you are making a smaller amount, use 1/2 teaspoon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add some baking soda!. It counteracts the tangy acidity of the tomato sauce!. You'll even see it fizz when you add it!. Start with just a little, then taste and adjust!. You can add just a touch of sugar as well, but don't make it too sweet!.
