Answers:
Substitute 1 tablespoon plus 1 3/4 teaspoons (9!.5 grams) of cocoa, 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon (14!.5 grams) granulated white sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons (7 grams) unsalted butter for every ounce (28 grams) of bittersweet or semisweet chocolate!. also, dissolve the cocoa in at least 1/4 cup (60 ml) hot liquid to bring out the cocoa's full flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hi im a great cook and have been doing it for years, if your recipe calls for 3 ounces of cochalate, well that means that that mass of the powder is only almost half of the mass of chocolate so us 5!.5 also known as five and a half ounces of powder in your mixture!. if that soes not tste sweet enough than put in a little bit more!Www@FoodAQ@Com

just put in a little bit and then taste it and if it needs more add more and if that is enough leave it!.!.!.that is what i do at leastWww@FoodAQ@Com

3 level Tablespoons + 1 Tablespoon shortening or oil=1 square (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolateWww@FoodAQ@Com
