Question: Any recipes for the kind of fudge that they have in shops and boutiques!?
I love really good fudge, the kind that isn't gummy and melts in your mouth, but I can't seem to recreate it at home!. Does anyone have a recipe or do I need special equipment or something!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
This is the easiest fudge recipe and it's yum!.
500g bag of icing sugar
1/4 cup milk
100g butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Using a large bowl cut butter into pieces add icing sugar and cocoa, add milk and essence!.
Microwave on high for 3 mins ( watch it doesn't boil over )
Whisk
Cook for further 3 mins ( again, keep eye on it )
Pour into dish, set in fridge!.
To make vanilla, replace cocoa with extra icing sugar!.
Enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
