This recipe doesn't use butterscotch chips, but you could add them to the mix!.

Fritos Cookies

Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) bag Fritos corn chips
1 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup peanut butter

Directions
1 Pour the bag of Fritos (whole, not crushed) on parchment paper!. I use a cookie sheet!.
2 Cook the sugar and Karo till boiling (stirring on medium heat) for a minute or so!.
3 Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter!.
4 Drizzle over the Fritos!. Cool completely then break into bite sized pieces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
