Where to get Citric Acid?!
I have this book filled with candy recipes!. But in about every single one it says you need citric acid!. Can you get this from fruit or do you need like a powder stuff!. Where exactly do you get either!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamin C is made from citric acid!. Your local pharmacy should carry vitamin C crystals!. its just a crystalline powder that will turn your mouth inside out if you eat a spoonful!. You may have to do some math to figure out how to use it!. Make sure that you get the citric acid kind and not the formic acid kind!. They taste the same but there might be a chemical difference that affects your candy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
