Making Cocktail sausages for office party?!

Question: Making Cocktail sausages for office party!?
Help, I've made some cocktail wieners for our office Xmas party tomorrow!. I've cooked 12 dz cocktails wieners with 375 ml Maple Syrup in crock pot for 4 hours!. The sausages look too light (color) what can I do to make them darker!? Should I place them in the oven for a few minutes on Broil or add Brown sugar and cook bit longer!?

Any intelligent answer would be appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 1/4 pounds (75 in number) cocktail sausages
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200C/400 degrees F!.

Separate the sausages if they are linked and arrange them in a large, shallow-sided roasting tin!.

Whisk together the oil, honey and soy sauce and pour over the sausages, then use your hands, or a couple of spatulas, to move everything about in the pan so that all the sausages are slicked!.

Roast for 25 to 30 minutes; give them a shuffle about halfway through cooking if you happen to be near the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use BBQ sauce and grape jelly for cocktail wieners!.
For smoked sausage, I cut the sausage into chunks and cover with brown sugar!. Bake in the oven or microwave until the brown sugar is melted and a forms a sauce!.
Because you have already cooked these in the syrup, I would add some dark brown sugar to the mix and see if that helps!. I am sure they will still taste delicious either light or dark!.
Enjoy the party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure about sweet cocktail sausages so i would suggest that you forget about the brown sugar and just toast it for a bit longer in the oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
