Question: How do I keep boneless, skinless chicken breast tender and juicy while baking!.!?
I plan to infuse fresh herbs somewhere in it, so if you have any recipes with them, that will be great as well!.

sear it on the stove before baking, this locks in the juices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i usually bake mine in a cover dish with lil olive oil chicken broth n lemon juice smothered in onions n garlic (400 for 1 1/2hr)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep the chicken covered and don't overcook it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lower the temp a little bit and cook a few extra minutes to recover the cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
