Sure you can I ama former chef and you should get 4-5 steak from a roast, just make sure it is cold when you cut it, so it is easier to handle, if it is fresh, you can wrap and freeze the others, alot depends on how big a roast and how thick a steak you like, most people like it between 6-8 oz, so just figure 1" thick will get you there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can sliver it up into steaks, stirfry strips, or chop the entire thing into stew meat chunks if you wish!.

I am not acquainted with that brand, but do know what you can do with any cuts of meats!.
