THis is my all time favorite comfort food- and this to me, is one of the best recipes, around!
Cheese sauce:

3 T margarine

3 T Flour

2 C milk

1/2 t salt

1/2 pound velveeta-chunked

Melt butter over low heat!. Blend in flour!. Add milk!. Cook and stir till thick!. Add salt!. Add cheese and stir till melted!.

Cook 7 oz box elbow macaroni for 7 minutes!. Drain!. Mix noodles and sauce together and put in casserole dish!. Bake 350 degrees till bubbly and BARELY brown!.

It's really creamy and good!!! If it seems dry-you baked it too long!

ETA-Use a 1 1/2 qt!. casserole dish!. Not a 9x13 pan!. You want the mixture to stay "deep"!.!.!.not all spread out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
