If my white 6 oz ramekins only say dishwasher and microwave safe, can I not use them in the oven?!

Question: If my white 6 oz ramekins only say dishwasher and microwave safe, can I not use them in the oven!?
I just bought a set of white 6 oz!. ramekins from Cost Plus World Market!. I was about to use them to bake molten chocolate cake but I just looked on the bottom of each ramekin and noticed that is says microwave and dishwasher safe but not oven safe!. I was under the assumption that all ramekins were oven safe too!. Is that not true!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
My understanding is that ramekins are designed to go into the oven!. If they can be microwaved and put in the dishwasher, then they are designed for high heat tolerance!. Your best bet is to look at the brand name and find the manufacturer's website, there you can find out for sure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If they are microwave safe they are oven safe also!!

Most of the time we are told to put the ramekins in a pan which has water in it anyway!.

Yes, do use these dishes you bought to make your molten chocolate cakes!.

I will be over at what time!? for supper!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
