Turkey recipe ideas - for a picky husband who doesn't like turkey & I'm trying to have us eat healthier?!

Question: Turkey recipe ideas - for a picky husband who doesn't like turkey & I'm trying to have us eat healthier!?
I have been buying the honeysuckle 99% fat free turkey breast cuts and making them for some dinners!. The problem is my husband doesn't like it!. He is a big hamburger and anything pork related guy!. He doesn't like steak and isn't a chicken or poultry lover!. We don't love fish- have it once in a while!. I am the person who cooks dinners most often and I've been really trying to choose healthier dinners--- the problem is I barely get him to like the chicken (I usually have to fry it and make gravy) so when I made some turkey the past few times he doesn't eat much of it and then tosses it!. He says it's too dry!. Well I bake it in the oven with a little seasoning and cover it!. I like it just fine, but poultry is my fave--- does anyone have any yummy recipes out there that I can try using the turkey!? Maybe like a turkey curry or something!.!.!. I haven't a clue!. Please, nothing with cheese though- I hate cheese! Hehe!.

Here are the following things you can do with Turkey:

- go buy ground turkey and make turkey meatballs for Spaghetti!.!.instead of using beef or pork
-you can use turkey and make turkey burgers
-you can use turkey (already cooked in thick pieces and dice them up) and make turkey salad!.!.!.its like Chicken or Tuna Salad but instead use Turkey, mayo, celery, relish and cranberries!.!.!.and you can mix it all up in a food processor!.!.we do it all the time :) and smear it on bread and make a healthy sandwich!. :)

good luck :)

Then try checking out the health food stores (like Sun Harvest or Whole Foods) and get organic grass fed beef or free range pork that is high in Omega 3 fats (as opposed to the omega 6 fats in grain fed beef and pork) You'll be feeding him something he likes and it will be healthy for him!. And try wild caught salmon (NOT FARM RAISED) and cook it on the grill!. And don't over cook it!. If it is wild, you can eat it to the rare side and it will be moist and flavorful!. (If it is farm raised, there is a fish tape hazard if its not throughly cooked!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
